We strive to provide only healthy, well-socialized Bernese Mountain Dog puppies. Each puppy comes with a health certificate, vaccination records, and veterinary clearance at the time of delivery or pickup.
Any health guarantees will be outlined in a written health warranty and must be agreed upon before the puppy is released.
Full payment is due prior to or at the time of delivery
We accept payments through approved methods only (e.g., bank transfer, credit card via secure third-party processor)
All payments are final unless otherwise stated in a written refund policy
We offer nationwide delivery and local pickup options. Specific delivery methods, timelines, and fees will be discussed with each customer individually.
Top Bernese Mountain Dogs is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services or flight changes.

Deposits and payments are non-refundable unless agreed upon in writing. We may allow cancellations at our discretion, but cancellation fees may apply.
